Our products are printed on demand, which means right after you order, our production partners jump into action to get your product made and sent to you. This approach allows us to have a larger product line, and we like the sustainability of not filling the planet with unwanted products.
Apparel: Creation time is 2-7 days, and during crazy holiday peak times, it sometimes can be a bit longer, for the holidays, we recommend ordering a touch early so your gift can arrive in plenty of time.
Canvas Art Prints & Accessories (Mugs etc.): Creation time is 3-7 days.

Shipping times depend on the type of product and where you are in the world.
Apparel orders in the US ship in 3-4 days, and International orders ship in 8-14 days, depending on destination.
Canvas Art Prints & Accessories in the US ship in 4-7 days, and International orders ship in 6-18 days depending on destination.
Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with a tracking information (except mugs). If you haven’t received an shipping email, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we’ll get you sorted out.
Shipping costs will be added in the checkout process, and for all orders over $75.00, the shipping is FREE.
Sometimes, things happen. If you get an item that’s defective, we’ll get it worked out. We provide refunds on defective orders within 7 days of purchase. Just send us a picture of the product to email@example.com, and we’ll begin the process.
If you order the wrong size, you’ve got 7 days to make an exchange request. All exchanges must be sent back to Haunted Waterpark in new and unworn condition to be eligible for exchange. We recommend to please check out our sizing charts before purchasing to ensure the sizing of the item is a good fit for you. All our apparel runs generally true-to-size and you can find any additional fit information on each product page.
If this happens, let us know immediately and we’ll do our best to cancel. If your order has already gone into production, due to our print-on-demand approach, we apologize, but we can’t offer a cancellation or refund.
